"My wife, Janice, and I are quickly approaching our 40 year anniversary of going steady. I can’t believe it has gone by so fast. I asked her to go steady in 1974 and we have been together ever since. Lucky me!

"Coach Stompro returns for his 7th season as a Cal football coach and his fifth year on varsity.
Dr. Stompro was the Quarterback for San Leandro High School. After graduating in 1979, he continued
playing football for the University of California-Davis where he received a degree in Biochemistry.
He attended University of California-San Diego where he received a degree as a Medical Doctor. Coach is
self-employed at Aesthetic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Wife of 30 years, Janice, sons Stone and Bo,
